Pauline joined Viva in 2026, bringing seven years of experience in the international NGO sector, with a focus on child development and safeguarding. She is passionate about seeing churches, organisations, and communities work together to create lasting change for children and families.

 As Network Coach for Asia, based in Hong Kong, Pauline supports Viva networks in Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, and the Philippines. She works closely with network leaders, facilitating learning opportunities, sharing good practices, strengthening partnerships, and supporting programmes that improve outcomes for children and families. She is encouraged by seeing organisations, churches, and communities unite around a shared vision and create lasting change for children.
