Paul has worked with people from various cultures in Uganda and worldwide, including communities in various African countries, the UK, Canada, Holland, and Ukraine. At ACET, as part of a consultant team, he supported the rollout of Tearfund UK’s corporate priority of responding to HIV and AIDS with their partners in Africa. This included developing strategy, programme design, and intervention evaluation. 

As a Senior Coach, Paul actively coaches several African networks and uses his leadership skills to support other coaches and coaching initiatives.
