PCMN, established in 1998, is a nonprofit faith-based network of 45 child-focused agencies and 700 churches advocating for the protection of children and youth at risk. Guided by its vision, PCMN works towards building safe communities and empowering families in collaboration with various stakeholders. Its five strategic priorities include ending Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC), child protection in emergencies, family strengthening, youth empowerment, and climate change mitigation. With decades of experience, PCMN partners with government and civil society, influencing national and local policies, empowering youth, and expanding its local presence across the Philippines to ensure childfocused & sustainable interventions.

“Our vision for children’s protection aligns with that of Viva. We mutually support each other as partners in development. Viva provides us with international standard quality toolkits such as Family & Child Mentoring and QIS, which have been useful to our network.”
