(Supporter Care)

As Administrator (Supporter Care), you will play a key role in Viva’s Fundraising & Engagement team as you ensure that our supporters’ donations are processed efficiently, donors are provided with exceptional supporter care and Viva’s UK office runs smoothly.

You will have a high level of organisation and strong administrative skills to ensure that Viva’s supporters have an excellent and personalised experience of Viva. 

Through all this, you will play a vital role in making it possible for Viva to achieve its goal of enabling more children to live life in all its fullness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporter care administration: processing donations and ensuring accuracy in reporting

  • Supporter communication: thanking donors by email and letter

  • Operations and office support: assisting with the smooth running of Viva’s UK office

  • Location

    Oxford, hybrid – about 50% of working time will need to be in the office and over at least two days a week.

  • Hours

    Part-time - 10 hours a week, which can be worked flexibly.

  • Salary

    £7,333 per annum, equivalent to a full-time salary of £27,500.

  • Reporting to

    Finance and Operations Manager
