This is the average amount required to provide monthly coaching support for one of our partner networks in leadership, strategic planning, project design and impact measurement. A dedicated Viva coach supports each network leader in their journey, utilising a suite of pastoral care, coaching tools and expertise to support problem-solving and solution-finding while signposting to wider Viva resources or team members for specialist support. This impact is seen both as children's issues are addressed and strong network systems and structures are developed.
