To see all children living in safe and loving homes and communities.
Viva Network Zimbabwe (VNZ) is a registered Private Voluntary Organization (PVO 11/19) based in Harare, dedicated to empowering orphans and vulnerable children to reach their full potential. Established in 1999, VNZ collaborates with churches and faith-based organizations to enhance the quality and quantity of care for at-risk children, addressing their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. The network's key initiatives include child protection training, education support, life skills development, and advocacy for children's rights. Notable projects involve assisting with birth registrations, providing legal support to abuse survivors, and conducting community awareness campaigns to reduce harmful practices. VNZ also organizes annual events like the Family Fun Day to foster community engagement and raise funds for child welfare programs. Through these collaborative efforts, VNZ aims to create safe, loving environments where every child can thrive.
CHILD Network has been focusing on child protection and safeguarding since 2000.
It runs training courses for its members, especially churches, helping them develop child protection policies. It also engages with the government on child safeguarding advocacy. CHILD Network has been working with the police on anti-human trafficking and advocating for justice for survivors. CHILD Network has three working groups:
Anti-human trafficking organisations
Churches
Street-connected children organisations
The network members run three initiatives annually: anti-trafficking, Viva’s Good Treatment Campaign, and the World Weekend of Prayer.

“We are grateful to be part of the Viva family. The shared resources, training opportunities, and global connection strengthen our local efforts. Through Viva, we gain not only practical tools for safeguarding children but also spiritual encouragement through joint prayer and support. It reminds us that we are not working alone.”
