Before joining Viva, Michelle spent more than six years as a manager for an IT Institute, interacting with and helping degree students achieve their targets in IT projects. Due to God’s calling to work for children, she joined Viva to help Viva India, especially in the field of IT and increasing communications with networks. Her role is to make online work easier for all networks and field workers. She helps the team design and maintain a Learning Management System that helps caretakers, organisations, and other stakeholders implement child protection practices and assists teachers in giving the best education for secondary school children.
