Based in York, Charlotte is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA). Her experience before joining Viva focused on charity finances, including general practice, auditing, and managing the finances and office operations for a small UK-based charity focused on Malawi and Northern Mozambique.

As Finance Manager, she ensures all financial data is captured accurately, reviews and implements efficient financial controls, oversees cash flow and payments, and produces management accounts for strategic decision-making. She also supports the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing operational areas such as information technology and policies to ensure the organisation runs smoothly.
