Model phase 4

Phase 4: taking a lead role towards the development of solution design building on the increasing engagement with the city and government authorities in consortium opportunities for a united city-wide vision for children across all sectors

Adequate credibility of planning, reporting and leadership enhances network performance in all activities so that the network can begin to access new and larger streams of funding.  Networks at Phase 4 would typically comprise 145 member participants representing 25,000 to 100,000 adults working with and for children.

The track record developed in previous phases will attract other agencies and civil society groups to form a consortium, develop further a city-wide strategy, seek joint fundraising and engage in joint implementation on a greater scale for effective, collective solution design.
