At Doorsteps, we know that there is so much fantastic work being done by churches around Oxfordshire to reach out and support children, young people and families.
Churches are full of people who are the unsung heroes of society. We’re passionate about supporting churches in their work in this area, equipping and resourcing them in and facilitating networking and partnership opportunities.
Katy Thompson, Doorsteps Network Consultant says, “Resources are increasingly constrained and yet the needs are growing. We need to do more with less, and for Viva the answer has always been to work in partnership.”
We run regular conferences and workshops to equip and connect people so that partnerships of hope and help for children and young people can be continually realised.
