Dr. Shanatanu Dutta

Regional Director of Viva India

Shantanu is a medical doctor by training, and also served with the Indian Air Force for six years. He has since then been highly involved in the aid and development sector, and has served with a range of charitable organisations in India over the last 18 years where he has been involved in developing several new and strategic initiatives. Shantanu and his wife live in New Delhi.

Gary Kamaal

Network Consultant

Gary is a management graduate and has worked for several years in the travel industry. In 2004 he joined an evangelical mission working for slum dwellers in Delhi. He is now a Network Consultant working with Viva's partner networks in India, and is also the QIS Co-ordinator for Viva India.

Steven Christian

Network Consultant

Steven Christian has completed his Masters in Science in Applied Physics at Faculty of Technology & Engineering, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Vadodara, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. Steven is currently based in New Delhi as a Network Consultant, Viva India to improve the quality of care offered to children at risk through networking Christians, Christian NGOs and Churches of India. Steven is also responsible to mobilize the Churches of India for understanding their role in the ministry among the children at risk of the country. Earlier, Steven worked with RZIM Life Focus Society as a Regional Executive at Vadodara for equipping Christians to offer a credible defense for their belief in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Steven also worked with World Vision India in the capacity of a Program Coordinator for community based work to improve the lives of children. Presently, Steven is involved in equipping the Church at the Butler Methodist Church in the capacity of Missions and Evangelism Committee member and Cell Group leader.  

K. Anbalagan

Administrative Assistant

Anbu has been working for Viva for just two years. He is a social worker with a passion for helping both children and all those in need. His career began with his work with NSM, a national Christian organisation which cares for children in poverty, and he then moved on to spend several years at EHA in their HIV/AIDS unit in Delhi. He spent several years serving people affected by HIV, before finally joining Viva India in 2007.
