EFC-CC is one of Viva's partner networks that is currently running Celebrating Children, a training course which offers a Christian perspective on child development and provides essential skills needed for work with children at risk. The course is now in its 8th cycle, and is proving to be hugely beneficial to the child care workers of Cambodia. Shelia Reid, an Internal Advisor to EFC-CC, talks enthusiastically about the course and its impact on the participants:

"The course brings together people from churches and organisations who all work with children, and the impact is seen not only in their work and church situations but also in their personal family lives. Also for those in leadership roles being able to identify, plan for, and evaluate projects has been of great benefit. This is a very worthwhile course, and it is a fantastic thing for the network to be able to offer."
